How it works
Klara admins can just go into the ‘Templates’ page, and click the eForms button (as seen below). From there, you can choose to convert a form yourself, or to have Klara convert it for you for an additional fee.
Attach eForms to your pre-made templates
Once your eForm is uploaded, add in a message to the template and give it a name, so the rest of your team can find it.
Now, whenever you want to send a form to a patient, just select the right template and send your message. The patient will be able to fill out the form on their computer or mobile device, and when they’re finished it will come right back to you as a new message.

And you’re done! Just download the completed form for easy uploading to your EHR.
